- Poems have been published in numerous poetry publications in the U.S., Canada, in calendars and on the Internet.
- Poetry judge for local, state, and national poetry contests.
- First runner up in the 2000 Fernando Rielo International Mystical Poetry Prize in Madrid.
- A long poem, “Railroad to Siberia”, received ‘Special Mention’ in Mellen Poetry Press’ 2001 Long Poem Contest and an invitation to publish.
- Frequent volunteer poet at local schools.
